Honolulu is where my family put down roots. My wife and I are raising two boys here. Weekends look like playgrounds, new parks, and finding the next beach worth exploring. I surf and rock climb when I can, which keeps me connected to the active lifestyle that draws so many people to this island in the first place.

That lived experience matters when I'm advising clients. When a family relocating from the Pacific Northwest asks what it's really like to raise kids in Kaimuki versus Aina Haina, I'm not guessing. I know.

Before real estate, I studied physics and spent time in education. Both shaped how I think. Physics trained me to build mental models, find signal in noise, and trust data over intuition. Education taught me how to communicate complex ideas to people making high-stakes decisions. Real estate turned out to be a natural fit for both.

Today I run Blueprint Real Estate Advisors as Principal Broker, focusing on three things: helping mainland families relocate to Oahu with confidence, helping investors build returns in Hawaii's supply-constrained market, and producing the Living in Honolulu YouTube channel to give people an honest, unfiltered look at life here before they make the move.

I also manage multifamily syndication deals as a General Partner and am obsessive about building systems — in business and in life — that create more time, flexibility, and freedom for the people I care about.
